Information & Consultation

Sorting through the maze of services available to seniors, individuals with disabilities and those who provide care can be confusing. It is often hard to know where to start, or what questions to ask.

The Information & Consultation program helps with planning, decision-making and accessing public and private services. The Information & Consultation program specializes in resources available in the Massachusetts towns of Belmont, Brookline, Needham, Newton, Waltham, Watertown, Wellesley and Weston.

Springwell has been creating, managing, and coordinating services for seniors, people with disabilities and those who provide care for more than 40 years. Springwell’s Information & Consultation team systematically compiles the most up-to-date information on available services. In any given year, we answer thousands of inquiries about everything from the home delivery of meals to attorneys specializing in elder law, from the names of private home care workers to the locations of adult day health programs. Springwell’s experienced Information & Consultation Specialists provide information about and referrals to private and public supportive services in the way that makes the most sense for you: services can be provided by phone, e-mail or face-to-face.
