Lunchtime Discussions: New Dietary Guidelines for Americans
The Dietary Guidelines for Americans were revised in late 2015, and there are some changes that are relevant for seniors. Come join Meghan Ostrander, Springwell’s Registered Dietitian to discuss what the dietary guidelines are and what they are used for, how they relate to older adults, and what changes were made. Registration is not required for the talk, but is required for lunch at the site where the talk is being held.
