The mission of Springwell - to help seniors and individuals with disabilities live independently at home and provide support for caregivers - could not be sustained without the generous support of friends throughout the community. Such gifts enable Springwell to deliver nutritious meals to the homebound, send a nurse to make a home visit to an individual who just had surgery, and respond immediately to a neighbor's concern that an elder is being abused. Charitable giving is the lifeline that allows Springwell to continue to be the solution for elders, individuals with disabilities and families throughout the region.

Ways of Giving

Seniors and families turn to Springwell for help during critical times in their lives. They know our staff is dedicated to offering support, providing expertise, and delivering care that often means the difference between an elder living independently at home and transitioning to a nursing home. Donating to Springwell is a wonderful way to ensure that elders in the community continue to receive the assistance needed to live independently at home.

Elder Independence Fund

Contributions to the Elder Independence Fund can be made throughout the year. This fund allows Springwell the flexibility to reach out and assist the community's neediest and frailest elders when an emergency arises. A gift of any size makes a difference.

Employer Matching Gift Programs

Many companies sponsor a Matching Gift Program that can often double an employee's contribution to Springwell. Inquire with your Human Resources Office if your company offers such a program. (For recognition purposes, you will receive credit for the total donation.)

Memorial Gifts and Honorariums

Making a gift to Springwell in memory or in honor of a loved one is a special way to remember or commemorate an individual. Contributions will be acknowledged to designated family members and friends.

Planned Giving & Bequests

If you plan to leave a gift to Springwell in your will, please let us know as we would like to take an opportunity to thank you for your generosity. Furthermore, our staff is available to work with your attorney and financial advisor as you draft your will. Including Springwell in your estate plan offers a legacy to the community and helps ensure that in years to come, seniors will still be able to turn to us for help.
